While I hope you are all staying warm inside, cuddled up with a cup of hot cocoa by a fireplace, I can assure you that farmers around the world are doing far from that. Farmers are, in fact, quite busy even when nature doesn’t seem to be working very hard itself.
Now, don’t get me wrong here. This comment is far from a disproving complaint. If farmers didn’t love being busy with hard work, they would have left the business a long time ago.
A friend of mine from an urban area (it’s a theme, I know) was confused when I said that I was working a lot over our winter break.
